Etymology
Probably of the same origin as the plural ending -ինք (-inkʿ) of several n-type nouns (գառն (gaṙn) : գառինք (gaṙinkʿ), բեռն (beṙn) : բեռինք (beṙinkʿ), քար (kʿar) : քարինք (kʿarinkʿ)) from Proto-Indo-European *-en-es. See also -ունք (-unkʿ).
