Täsche
Alemannic German
Etymology
From Old High German taska, tasca. Further origin unknown. Perhaps a late borrowing from Italian tasca, from Late Latin tasca, tascha, itself from Frankish *taska, from Proto-Germanic *taskǭ (“bag”). Native form would be *Zäsche. Cognate with German Tasche.
