putsã
Aromanian
Etymology
Various etymologies have been proposed. Either diminutive of pulã (“penis, dick”), or from Vulgar Latin root *pūtium (compare praeputium), from Old Latin pūtos (“penis”), or from root *pubucea, from Latin pubes, or from Vulgar Latin putta, feminine of puttus, superlative of putus. See Spanish, Portuguese puta.
