Watch Dr. Vivian H. Porche, MD, Professor of Anesthesiology and Medical Director of Anesthesiology for the MD Anderson Proton Therapy Center share insights into her success. Dr. Porche was the first female African-American at MD Anderson Cancer Center to be promoted to professor and won the Trailblazer Award from the Houston Medical Forum.
