Extension of the Memorandum of Understanding Between the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Science Mission Directorate, Earth Science Division, Applied Sciences Program and the National Centers for Environmental Health/Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry
The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) agree to extend the duration of the Memorandum of Understanding between the National Aeronautics and Space Administration Office of Earth Science, Applications Division [now the NASA Science Mission Directorate, Earth Science Division, Applied Sciences Program] and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention National Center for Environmental Health/Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry, signed February 5, 2004, for five (5) additional years, thus extending the expiration date of the Agreement until February 5, 2014.
Further, NASA and CDC agree to amend the Responsible Officers identified in Article VI to the following:
