Evaluation Plan for Program Collaboration and Service Integration
This PCSI evaluation plan includes a logic model describing NCHHSTP PCSI activities and their intended outcomes. It contains primary evaluation questions, indicators, and data sources to track key national-level processes and outcomes. The plan was developed in consultation with key stakeholders within CDC and external national professional associations.
Accelerating Implementation Meeting Report
This summary report “Developing a Joint Agenda for 2009-2010 on Program Collaboration and Service Integration: Accelerating Implementation” provides activities, plans, and collaborative agenda items for implementation of joint PCSI activities in 2009-2010. The report summarizes findings from the April 24, 2009 meeting where NCHHSTP convened approximately 30 leaders from CDC and national organizations in Washington, D.C. PCSI in Training Meeting Report
The Program Collaboration and Service Integration in CDC-Sponsored Training Courses meeting brought together nearly 30 leaders from CDC-funded training entities to develop a shared vision on integrated training opportunities. The report presents the proceedings and results of the meeting, which was held on June 24, 2008.
