Listserv for Ambulatory Health Care Data

The Ambulatory Care list (ACLIST) provides a mechanism for dissemination of information regarding National Ambulatory Medical Care Survey (NAMCS) and National Hospital Ambulatory Medical Care Survey (NHAMCS) activities, products, and release dates.

How to Subscribe to the Ambulatory Care List

Subscribe using one of the following two options:

  1. Send an email message to list@cdc.gov. Leave the subject line blank. In the body of the message, type or paste: subscribe ACLIST your name where 'your name' is your first and last name.

    Example subscription for Mary Jones:

    Example of email subscribing user Mary Jones. Email reads: subscribe space A C L I S T space Mary space Jones

  2. Fill out and submit a subscription request form through the NCHS listservs webpage. You should receive an email notification of your subscription.

How to Unsubscribe from the Ambulatory Care List

  • Send an email message to list@cdc.gov. Leave the subject line blank. In the body of the message, type or paste: signoff ACLIST.
