The National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) Fatality Assessment and Control Evaluation (FACE) program is designed to prevent job-related deaths across the nation. The goal of the FACE program is to identify and investigate work situations at high risk for injury, develop strategies to prevent such injuries, and disseminate those strategies to individuals who can intervene to prevent injuries.
