The figure lists 9 factors that comprise practitioners’ individual capacity to plan and implement PSE interventions. The factors are attitudes/beliefs, perceptions of social norms, perceptions of external resources/supports, and 6 factors of self-efficacy: build support, engage team, assess context, create action plan, implement action plan, and evaluate.
