- Current cigarette smoking among non-Hispanic white adults was 21.9% in 2005 and 19.4% in 2013.
- Current cigarette smoking among non-Hispanic black adults was 21.5% in 2005 and 18.3% in 2013.
- Current cigarette smoking among Hispanic adults was 16.2% in 2005 and 12.1% in 2013.
- Current cigarette smoking among non-Hispanic American Indian/Alaska Native adults was 32.0% in 2005 and 26.1% in 2013.
- Current cigarette smoking among non-Hispanic Asian adults was 13.3% in 2005 and 9.6% in 2013.
