Crispy Baked Flounder

    Preheat the oven to 425 °F (218 °C) and put the fish into a baking dish. Get out 4 flounder fillets and arrange them in a baking dish so they're in a single layer. If you don't have a baking dish that will hold all the fillets, use a rimmed baking sheet.[1]
