This wikiHow teaches you how to use the Windows emoji keyboard to type emoji on your PC.

Steps

  1. 1
Right-click the Windows taskbar. It’s the bar that displays your open apps and the Start menu, usually at the bottom of the screen.
  2. 2
Select Show touch keyboard button. If there is already a check mark next to this option, skip this step. This adds a keyboard icon to the taskbar, to the left of the clock.

Most touch keyboards have an emoji key. However, if you don't, you can also try right clicking and there will be an emoji icon and you can click into it. It will be the same thing! (If both don't work, on your keyboard, press 'win+period' to find the emoji keys).
