2023 Mexican gubernatorial elections

The 2023 Mexican gubernatorial elections, which took place on 4 June 2023, saw Delfina Gómez Álvarez defeat Alejandra del Moral Vela in the election for governor of the state of Mexico, ending 94 years of the PRI rule in the state and becoming the state's first female governor.[1][2] Manolo Jiménez Salinas from the Institutional Revolutionary Party won election for governor of Coahuila.[3]
