Abu Akfa (Persian: ابوعکفا) is a village in Bani Saleh Rural District of Neysan District, Hoveyzeh County, Khuzestan province, Iran.

At the 2011 National Census, its population was 490 in 103 households.[3] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 735 people in 163 households. It was the largest village in its rural district.[2]
