Bajėnai I
Bajėnai I (Bajėnai 1st, formerly Russian: Бояны, Polish: Bojany)[1] is a village in Kėdainiai district municipality, in Kaunas County, in central Lithuania. According to the 2011 census, the village had a population of 29 people.[2] It is located 4.5 kilometres (2.8 mi) from Skaistgiriai, by the Kriaušiupys rivulet, nearby the road Aristava-Kėdainiai-Cinkiškiai.

History
A fragment of an ancient stone axe has been found in Bajėnai I.[3] The Bajėnai Manor is known since the end of the 16th century. In the 19th century, it belonged to the Tyszkiewicz family[1] and later to the Jesuits. They have created a dairy and vegetable farm in Bajėnai.[3]
