Bellal

Bellal is a village in the Kundapur taluk of Udupi district. As of 2011, Bellal has a total population of 2780 people consisting of 1538 male and 289 female residents. The village occupies a total area of 2581.22 hecatres with a population density of 1.077 people per hectare. As of 2011, the total literacy rate was 63.99% which was higher than the national average of 59.5%.[1]
