Central District (Haftkel County)
The Central District of Haftkel County (Persian: بخش مرکزی شهرستان هفتکل) is in Khuzestan province, Iran. Its capital is the city of Haftkel.

At the National Census in 2006, the region's population (as part of the former Haftkel District of Ramhormoz County) was 17,281 in 3,663 households.[3] The following census in 2011 counted 17,056 people in 4,188 households, by which time the district had been separated from the county in the establishment of Haftkel County.[4] At the latest census in 2016, the district had 17,245 inhabitants in 4,678 households.[2]
