Central District (Saman County)

The Central District of Saman County (Persian: بخش مرکزی شهرستان سامان) is in Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province, Iran Its capital is the city of Saman.

At the census of 2006, the region's population (as a part of Shahrekord County) was 24,177 in 6,419 households.[3] There were 25,615 inhabitants in 7,505 households at the following census of 2011;[4]At the most recent National Census in 2016, the district had 24,449 inhabitants living in 7,792 households, by which time Saman County was established.[2]
