Dizaj Khalil

Dizaj Khalil (Persian: ديزج خليل, also Romanized as Dīzaj Khalīl and Dīzaj-e Khalīl; also known as Dīza-Khalīl, Dizeh, and Dizeh Khalīl)[3] is a village in Guney-ye Sharqi Rural District of the Central District of Shabestar County, East Azerbaijan province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 2,941 in 842 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 4,048 people in 1,203 households.[5] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 3,137 people in 1,048 households; it was the largest village in its rural district.[2]
