Dizan (Persian: ديزان, also Romanized as Dīzān)[3] is a village in Justan Rural District of Bala Taleqan District, Taleqan County, Alborz province, Iran.

At the 2006 census, its population was 570 in 194 households, when it was in Tehran province.[4] The latest census in 2016 counted 665 people in 248 households, by which time the county had separated from the province and become a part of recently established Alborz province. It was the largest village in its rural district.[2][5]
