Esfarjan

Esfarjan (Persian: اسفرجان, also Romanized as Esfarjān; also known as Esfaranjān, Samīrum, Semīrom, and Usburjān)[3] is a village in, and the capital of, Esfarjan Rural District of the Central District of Shahreza County, Isfahan province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 2,724 in 838 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 2,518 people in 825 households.[5] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 1,904 people in 674 households.[2]
