Esfivard-e Shurab Rural District (Persian: دهستان اسفيورد شوراب)[3] is in the Central District of Sari County, Mazandaran province, Iran.

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 25,400 in 6,603 households.[4] There were 26,172 inhabitants in 7,966 households at the following census of 2011.[5] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 27,291 in 8,638 households. The largest of its 34 villages was Tir Kola, with 2,488 people.[2]
