Fath Olmobin, Iran
Fath Olmobin (Persian: فتح المبین), formerly Saleh Moshatat (صالح مشطت), also Romanized as Şāleḥ Moshaṭat; also known as Şāleḥmoshaṭat,[3] is a city in, and the capital of, Fath Olmobin District of Shush County, Khuzestan province, Iran, and also serves as the administrative center for Sorkheh Rural District.[4]

At the 2006 census, its population was 2,428 in 374 households, when it was the village of Saleh Moshatat in Sorkheh Rural District.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 2,769 people in 594 households,[6] by which time the village had been elevated to the status of a city.[7] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 2,973 people in 722 households,[2] when the city had been renamed Fath Olmobin.[4]
