Gaia Maris (born 5 December 2001) is an Italian rugby player. She plays for the Italy women's national rugby union team.[1]

She competed at the 2021 Rugby World Cup, 2021 Women's Six Nations Championship, 2022 Women's Six Nations Championship,[2][3] and 2023 Women's Six Nations Championship.[4][5]
She plays for Wasps Women.[6]
