Garin Rural District (Persian: دهستان گرين) is in Zarrin Dasht District of Nahavand County, Hamadan province, Iran.

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 7,438 in 1,829 households.[3] There were 7,375 inhabitants in 2,126 households at the following census of 2011.[4] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 6,858 in 2,056 households. The largest of its seven villages was Tavaneh, with 2,397 people.[2]
