Gavan-e Pain

Gavan-e Pain (Persian: گوان پايين, also Romanized as Gavān-e Pā'īn; also known as Gashar)[3] is a village in Kangan Rural District of the Central District of Jask County, Hormozgan province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 881 in 150 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 1,002 people in 202 households.[5] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 991 people in 235 households. It was the largest village in its rural district.[2]
