Ghainab Rural District (Persian: دهستان غيناب) is in the Central District of Sarbisheh County, South Khorasan province, Iran.

At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 3,706 in 985 households. The largest of its 51 villages was Naz Dasht, with 990 people.[2]
Prior to its formation, the rural district's constituent villages were a part of Momenabad Rural District.[3]
