The Central District of Sarbisheh County (Persian: بخش مرکزی شهرستان سربیشه) is in South Khorasan province, Iran.

At the National Census in 2006, its population was 25,788 in 6,602 households.[3] The following census in 2011 counted 27,407 people in 7,339 households.[4] According to the 2016 census, the district had 17,755 inhabitants in 5,039 households.[2]
