Golgir District
Golgir District (Persian: بخش گلگير) is in Masjed Soleyman County, Khuzestan province, Iran. Its capital is the city of Golgir.[3]

At the 2006 National Census, its population (as two rural districts of the Central District) was 7,694 in 1,586 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 5,527 people in 1,279 households,[5] by which time parts of the Central District had separated in the establishment of Golgir District.[3] At the latest census in 2016, the district had 7,238 inhabitants in 1,946 households.[2]
