Hokmabad Rural District (Persian: دهستان حكم آباد) is in Atamalek District of Joveyn County, Razavi Khorasan province, Iran.

At the National Census of 2006, its population (as a part of the former Joveyn District of Sabzevar County) was 15,094 in 3,891 households.[3] There were 11,186 inhabitants in 3,179 households at the following census of 2011, by which time the district had been separated from the county in the establishment of Joveyn County.[4] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 11,295 in 3,349 households. The largest of its 30 villages was Hokmabad (now a city),[5] with 3,824 people.[2]
