Honduras was scheduled to begin playing in 2020 in the CONCACAF Nations League Finals.[2] However, the games were postponed until 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Notes
- Cuba will play their home match against Honduras at the Félix Sánchez Olympic Stadium in Santo Domingo (Dominican Republic) instead of their regular stadium Estadio Antonio Maceo which did not meet CONCACAF requirements for hosting the match at night.[4]
