Jannatabad-e Jangal

Jannatabad-e Jangal (Persian: جنت اباد جنگل, also Romanized as Jannatābād-e Jangal; also known as Jannatābād, Jannatābād-e Shīr Moḩammad, and Shir Moḩammad)[3] is a village in Jangal Rural District of Jangal District, Roshtkhar County, Razavi Khorasan province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 2,504 in 563 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 2,613 people in 681 households.[5] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 2,659 people in 712 households; it was the largest village in its rural district.[2]
