Kahnshuiyeh

Kahnshuiyeh (Persian: كهنشوييه, also Romanized as Kahnshū’īyeh; also known as Kahn Gashū’īyeh, Kahngeshū’īyeh, Kohneh Shū’īyeh, and Kohneshū’īyeh)[3] is a village in, and the capital of, Bikah Rural District of Bikah District, Rudan County, Hormozgan province, Iran.[4]

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 1,013 in 205 households, when it was in Berentin Rural District.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 1,139 people in 308 households.[6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 1,068 people in 313 households.[2]

After the 2016 census, the village was transferred to Bikah Rural District.[4]
