Kamal Rud Rural District (Persian: دهستان كمال رود) is in Qolqol Rud District of Tuyserkan County, Hamadan province, Iran.

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 2,733 in 696 households.[3] There were 2,688 inhabitants in 749 households at the following census of 2011.[4] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 2,330 in 715 households. The largest of its 11 villages was Mian Deh, with 965 people.[2]
