Khabar District

Khabar District (Persian: بخش خبر) is in Baft County, Kerman province, Iran. Its capital is the village of Kashkuiyeh.[3]

At the 2006 National Census, its population (as Khabar Rural District of the Central District) was 10,012 in 2,267 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 15,902 people in 4,616 households,[5] by which time the rural district had been elevated to the status of a district and divided into two rural districts.[3] At the latest census in 2016, the district had 16,012 inhabitants in 5,280 households.[2]
