List of equipment of the Lithuanian Armed Forces

This is a list of weapons and equipment currently used by the Lithuanian Armed Forces. For the naval equipment and ships, see Lithuanian Naval Force; for the list of aircraft, see Lithuanian Air Force.

Lithuania uses military equipment compatible with the NATO standards.

In July 2023, Lithuanian MoD sent a letter of intent to purchase Leopard 2 from German KMW.[39] It was previously reported that the country seeks to acquire 54 tanks.[40] German media suggested that Lithuania eyes the latest Leopard 2A8 variant.[41]

JLTV  United States Armoured car ~500[47] In 2019, Lithuania purchased 200 JLTVs and in October 2022 the country signed a contract to purchase an additional 300 JLTVs from the United States.[47] The vehicles will be armed with 12.7mm M2 QCB machine guns. Lithuania is expected to receive all the vehicles by the end of 2024.[47]

Rocket artillery
M142 HIMARS  United States Multiple launch rocket system 227 mm (8 on order) Eight launchers with ammunition will be delivered in 2025.[56] On 9 November 2022, the United States Department of State approved the sale of launchers and over 800 missiles, including the MGM-140 ATACMS, and the contract was signed in December 2022.[57][56]
