Meyghan

Meyghan (Persian: ميغان, also Romanized as Meyghān, Maikhan, Maiqān, Maiqhān, Meyqān, and Mīghān)[3] is a village in, and the capital of, Meyghan Rural District of the Central District of Nehbandan County, South Khorasan province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 609 in 157 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 616 people in 177 households.[5] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 664 people in 182 households; it was the largest village in its rural district.[2]
