Meyghan Rural District (Persian: دهستان ميغان) is in the Central District of Nehbandan County, South Khorasan province, Iran.

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 4,936 in 1,306 households.[3] There were 4,026 inhabitants in 1,192 households at the following census of 2011.[4] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 3,614 in 1,091 households. The largest of its 97 villages was Meyghan, with 664 people.[2]
