Miyan Jam Rural District (Persian: دهستان ميان جام) is in the Central District of Torbat-e Jam County, Razavi Khorasan province, Iran.

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 22,862 in 5,076 households.[3] There were 24,205 inhabitants in 6,114 households at the following census of 2011.[4] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 23,867 in 6,123 households. The largest of its 46 villages was Bezd, with 2,716 people.[2]
