The following is a list of Miss Charm 2024's national preliminary contests, which were categorized by the country representative selection methods.

Legend:

  A2: Main winner of the national contest with other pageant names apart from Miss Charm, e.g., the representative from Ratu Wanita Malaya of Malaysia.
  B1: Obtained Miss Charm National as the supplementary title at other national pageants, e.g., the representative from Puteri Indonesia of Indonesia.
  B2: Appointed Miss Charm National after obtaining any other supplementary positions at other national pageants in 2023 or 2024, e.g., the representative from Miss Universe Philippines of Philippines.

Preliminary round

Prior to the final competition, the contestants will compete in a preliminary competition, which involves closed-door interviews with the judges and a presentation show where they compete in ao dai, national costume, swimwear and evening gowns.

Finals

The results of the preliminary competition, which consisted of swimsuit and evening dress competitions, as well as closed interviews, determined the 20 selected semifinalists. The winner of Miss BlockCharm will advance to the top 10. The top 20 compete in the swimsuit competition and are narrowed down to the top 10 afterward. The top 10 competed in an evening gown competition and narrowed down to the top 6 afterward. The top 6 competed in a question and answer preliminary round, and the final 3 were chosen. The final word piece was brought back, after which Miss Charm 2024 and its two runners-up were announced.
