Monona Express
Monona Express is a provider of mass transportation with commuter bus service between Monona and Madison, Wisconsin. Since 2022, the city has studied whether to discontinue the service in favor of switching to Madison Metro, which would streamline transfers and operations of transit services in the Monona area.[1][2]

Service
Monona Express operates two weekday commuter bus routes between Monona and Madison. Each route has four roundtrips oriented towards commuters and students headed to the State Capitol in downtown Madison and University of Wisconsin. Hours of operation for the system are Monday through Friday from 5:50 A.M. to 6:47 P.M. There is no service on Saturdays and Sundays.[3] Regular fares are $3.00.[4]
