Pa Alam

Pa Alam (Persian: پاعلم, also Romanized as Pā ‘Alam; also known as Pā ‘Alam-e Shāh Aḩmad, Pol-e-Zāl, Pol Tang, Pul-ī-Tang, and Pol-e Tang)[3] is a village in Jelogir Rural District of the Central District of Pol-e Dokhtar County, Lorestan province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 1,487 in 301 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 1,228 people in 303 households.[5] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 1,010 people in 279 households. It was the largest village in its rural district.[2]
