Palanganeh Rural District

Palanganeh Rural District (Persian: دهستان پلنگانه) is in the Central District of Javanrud County, Kermanshah province, Iran.

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 4,687 in 995 households.[3] There were 5,936 inhabitants in 1,528 households at the following census of 2011.[4] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 7,492 in 2,054 households. The largest of its 46 villages was Safiabad, with 2,402 people.[2]
