Qarah Bolagh Rural District (Persian: دهستان قره بلاغ)[3] is in Sheshdeh and Qarah Bolagh District of Fasa County, Fars province, Iran. It is administered from the city of Qarah Bolagh.

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 18,196 in 4,232 households.[4] There were 18,436 inhabitants in 5,141 households at the following census of 2011.[5] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 11,691 in 3,573 households. The largest of its 26 villages was Amir Hajjilu, with 3,623 people.[2]
