Nowdan
Nowdan (Persian: نودان, also Romanized as Nowdān and Naudān)[3] is a city in, and the capital of, Kuhmareh District of Kuhchenar County, Fars province, Iran.[4]

At the 2006 census, its population was 2,589 in 581 households, when it was in the former Kuhmareh District of Kazerun County.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 2,574 people in 669 households.[6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 2,892 people in 841 households.[2]
After the census, the district was separated from the county in the establishment of Kuhchenar County.[4]
