Qarah Guzlu-ye Sofla (Persian: قره گوزلوسفلي, also Romanized as Qarah Gūzlū-ye Soflá)[3] is a village in Qazvineh Rural District of the Central District of Kangavar County, Kermanshah province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 423 in 99 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 385 people in 101 households.[5] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 386 people in 116 households. It was the largest village in its rural district.[2]
