Torqabeh Rural District (Persian: دهستان طرقبه) is in Torqabeh District of Torqabeh and Shandiz County, Razavi Khorasan province, Iran.

At the National Census of 2006, its population (as a part of the former Torqabeh District of Mashhad County) was 15,348 in 4,150 households.[3] There were 6,029 inhabitants in 1,953 households at the following census of 2011, by which time the district had been separated from the county in the establishment of Torqabeh and Shandiz County.[4] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 6,499 in 2,371 households. The largest of its 33 villages was Hesar, with 1,718 people.[2]
