Vyacheslav Bitarov
Vyacheslav Zelimkhanovich Bitarov (Russian: Вячесла́в Зелимха́нович Бита́ров, Ossetian: Битарты Зелимханы фырт Вячеслав; born February 21, 1961, village Verhny Sadon, North Ossetian Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic, USSR) is a Russian politician.
