The community is home to the camp and conference center of the Episcopal Diocese of Indianapolis, which was opened in 1957.
Geography
Waycross is located at 39°18′13″N 86°20′39″W, on over 400 acres (1.6 km2) on Bear Creek Road, in Jackson Township. The site is centered in a valley near the intersection of Bear Creek and Richards Roads.
