Anexo:Cráteres de Mercurio
Esta es una lista de cráteres con nombre en Mercurio, el planeta más interno del Sistema Solar.[1] La mayoría de los cráteres de Mercurio llevan el nombre de famosos escritores, artistas y compositores. Según las reglas del Grupo de Trabajo de la IAU para la Nomenclatura del Sistema Planetario, todos los cráteres nuevos deben tener el nombre de un artista famoso durante más de cincuenta años y fallecido durante más de tres años, antes de la fecha de que se les de nombre.[2] Los cráteres de más de 250 km de diámetro se conocen como "cuencas".[3][4]
Hasta 2017, hay 397 llamados cráteres mercurianos,[1] una pequeña fracción del número total de cráteres nombrados del Sistema Solar, la mayoría de los cuales son cráteres lunares, marcianos y venusianos.[5][6][7]
Otros cuerpos no planetarios con numerosos cráteres con nombre incluyen Calisto (141), Ganimedes (131), Rea (128), Vesta (90), Ceres (90), Dione (73), Jápeto (58), Encelado (53) , Tethys (50) y Europa (41).
